So here I am again doing a first week of exercise, again. Some say that if you train hard for a week, you are more likely to stop after that week. I have been on and off exercising for the past couple of years. I usually like to train real hard. It does make me feel better. It seems that work as always gotten into my exercise schedule. Being a theatre designer can take a toll on your schedule. The long hours inside a dark theatre isn’t the best place to be if you want to exercise more. I did start to cross train and it definitely helped my running. I started biking in town which was really nice. I like to discover parts of the town when I run or bike. I started biking on 5th Street here in Cville which took me up to Terrell Forest Ln. It was really hot so I turned around and came back. It took me more then an hour to do only 14.55 miles. It’s a beginning, again. Yeah me!
So my next week challenge will be to gradually stop the night caps.
