THE EMPIRE BUILDERS by Boris Vian is Pepperdine University Theatre Program’s first production of the 2007-2008 Season. The play opens next Tuesday, October 9, and runs through Saturday, October 13. All performances begin at 7:30, and there is a 2:00 matinee on Saturday.
The play features Pepperdine seniors Alex Fthenakis, Chad Jones, and Courtney McCurdy, sophomores Allegra Edwards and Giovanne Helou, and first-year student Erika Varela. In addition, the set design is by senior Kate Kearns; the sound design is by junior Alex Montano, and junior Daniel Willis serves as props master.
Come support the work of our students, and enjoy an entertaining and thought-provoking night of theatre. There will be a Forum for Discussion with the cast following the Wednesday night performance.
