There should be a sign at every university saying, this art form may go extinct. Proceed with [insert witty remarks]. Why does stage performance attendance suck so much? Is is because most stage performanceS lack substance? I haven’t seen the new show from Twyla Tharp but most critics agree that the show lacks innovation. Is this a trend? How can we touch audiences when the people of the United States are being lied to left and right by their supposed leaders? The democrats are saying there wasn’t enough evidence to go to war in Iraq and the Republican are bashing every democrats for being too soft. Who to believe?

While studying drama history, I found that most plays where about social change, to change the world in some new ways. The war in Iraq, the government status quo, terrorism, I could go on but the point is, where is this unification of the people that seemed to have been a given back when those social changes were happening?

I want to make a difference! Fight the power!
