After seeing a show at the theatre this evening I wonder sometimes if people are doing gimmicks for the purpose of theatre or doing theatre for the purpose of gimmicks. I find it unappealing the use of constant trickery which seems to be filling time more then having a purpose. Why do we do gimmicks?
